Emailed MVS to cancel my order because I realized I ordered the wrong item. No response and they shipped it anyway. Never again.

The deal was a great one. I received my coils in a timely manner. And they were the right type and weren't hard to find on the site.

The shipping and 'handling' charges are way too high for the products shipped. I bought 5 replacemnt coils that fit in a small envenlope and was charged $9.99 for shipping - what a gouge.

You sent me 3 bottles of the wrong flavor. I emailed you on 5/2 to let you know. It is 5/13, and I have yet to get a response. I would love for you to send me the flavor I ordered or give me a refund, please.

I placed an order on a Wednesday, on Friday I received an item out of stock email. I emailed changed to update the order on Friday, the same day
MVS returned my email the following Monday and made the changes to my order. While MVS was processing the order, I decided to cancel the order as other items I needed were also now in stock.
I emailed a order cancel on Tuesday and MVS canceled the order.
I then put in a new order on Wednesday. Today is Friday and my new order is out for delivery
So it only took about about less than a week to reconcile these orders. So thank you MVS
MVS returned all my emails, most within 24 hours.
I treated MVS the way I would've wanted to be treated and they responded in kind

Having purchased from MVS in the past, I ordered 8 salts that normally comes with 2 in a box. Although, AFTER I was shorted 8 bottles of the stuff, I read that they are only advertising it BY THE BOTTLE. Not the normal two bottle pack. So, I will not be using this vapor store again. If I wanted to get that kind of service, I would patronize my local stores.
